The performance Things I Found Nelle Viscere tells a story about unravelling a colonial history of knowing, being and doing, with a particular focus on unravelling art at the intersection between aesthetics, aesthesis and God. The performance activates the entire exhibition space and the artworks in it. It considers the whole space as a home made up of assorted living rooms, storerooms, corridors and kitchens, all of which are interacted with as the story progresses. This performance invites the audience into the story of this tender albeit fractured home, offering moments to witness, commune and sit-with the work over shared food and stories.
